Contraindications of Semaglo 3mg Tablet:

Thyroid Cancer or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2:

• Avoid Semaglutide if you or your family have a history of thyroid cancer or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2.

Severe Allergic Reaction:

• Avoid Semaglutide if you have experienced a severe allergic reaction to Semaglutide tablets or any of its ingredients. Severe allergic reactions may include difficulty breathing or swelling of the face or throat.

Warnings:

Pancreas or Kidney Problems:

• Inform your doctor if you have had problems with your pancreas or kidneys.

Vision Problems:

• Inform your doctor if you have a history of vision problems related to your diabetes.

Pancreatitis Signs:

• Stop Semaglutide and seek medical help if you experience signs of pancreatitis such as severe abdominal pain, possibly with vomiting. Do not restart Semaglutide if pancreatitis is confirmed.

Risk of Hypoglycemia:

• Semaglutide, when used with insulin secretagogues (like sulfonylurea) or insulin, increases the risk of hypoglycemia. Lowering the dose of these medications may help reduce the risk.
